This figure has the rare Wood rebus mark, see picture, that has been associated as the mark of one of the Wood family members potting at this time. See Mark 4281 in Godden’s book on marks. This figure has all the quality too be attributed to Ralph Wood though there needs more research into these figures to be sure.
