London delft Merryman plate ‘#6 all merriment goes downe’, circa 1690

‘What is a merry man / Let him do what he can / To entertain his guests / With wine and merry jests / But if his wife doth frowne / All merriment goes downe’. These plates were also made in Holland with English script but the writing on them is usually slightly different and uses Dutch characters and spelling. I am confident that these two are London.
