Thought the coat of arms is amateurishly printed it most resembles Fredrick Prince of Wales

Frederick, Prince of Wales, KG, was the eldest son and heir apparent of King George II of Great Britain. He grew estranged from his parents, King George and Caroline of Ansbach. Frederick was the father of King George III.

Stained softwood frame of a similar age, overall dimensions: 19 ¾” by 15 ⅝”

Condition: Wear and minor holes to canvas, deterioration to the gilded slip in three places
